MEXT JAPAN UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP 2021

Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) announces undergraduate scholarships to international / Pakistani students wishing to study at Japanese universities under the Japan / Government Scholarship Program. Mixed scholarships are available for almost all fields of education, including MBBS, BDS, Pharmacy, Engineering, Science, Arts, Computer Science, and Business Administration.

MEXT offers 9,500 scholarships annually to international students, including Pakistani students. The Government of Japan Scholarship is the largest scholarship. The Japanese government will cover all expenses during the scholarship period. Students can apply for any program at any Japanese university. Next Japan Undergraduate Scholarship is open to all disciplines and universities. Knowledge of Japanese language and IELTS / TOEFL is not required for the next Japan Scholarship.

The deadline to submit documents for the Japanese Mixed Undergraduate Scholarship is May 28, 2021. Applications can be submitted to the Embassy of Japan in Pakistan.

Next Japan Scholarship covers:

Allowance: 117,000 yen per month. An additional regional allowance of 2,000 yen or 3,000 yen a month will be included in the monthly scholarship amount, especially for study or research grants in designated areas. Education Fees: Entrance examination fees, matriculation, and tuition at universities will be paid through MEXT. Expenses Expenses: MEXT will determine the travel schedule and route, and will provide airline tickets to the grantees who arrive in Japan.

Submitted documents will not be returned. The application should not be installed and printed on A4 size paper. Certificates and documents other than those mentioned above will not be considered. Knowledge of Japanese and IELTS / TOEFL is not required.

Eligibility Criteria for the Next Japanese Undergraduate Scholarship

Educational Background: Applicants must meet one of the following conditions. However, applicants seeking direct appointment must satisfy either applicants who have completed 12 years of study in countries other than Japan.
