Basic information and duration of the scholarship
1. Grant Coverage:
Waiver of tuition fees.
- Free accommodation on campus;
Salary: is awarded according to the relevant criterion;
Comprehensive medical insurance (please refer to the relevant chapters in the admission leaflet for details);
In the event that a partial scholarship is offered, the coverage of the scholarship must be subject to the relevant CSC regulations.
2. The categories of applicants and the duration of the scholarship.
Doctoral degree students: 3-4 academic years
Master's degree students: 2-3 academic years
Note:
Applicants applying for Chinese language educational courses must be proficient in Chinese. If their Chinese proficiency has not reached the requirements of our professional learning institution, they must take remedial Chinese language courses for one year and pass the relevant exam before studies in their specialties. For those who take the one-year remedial Chinese language courses, the scholarship will be extended in return.

Second. When and how to apply
Application deadline: March 31, 2021
Applicants must log into the Zhejiang University International Student Application and Admission System (link), clearly fill in the following materials and upload completely as required.
Incomplete application materials or an e-mail application will not be processed. Additional documents may be required if necessary.
please note:
1. There is no need to hand in hard copies of the application materials. Hard copies of application materials will not be reviewed and processed;
2- Winter holiday from January 29, 2021 to February 26, 2021, the application materials submitted during the aforementioned time period will be processed after the start of the new semester.

Scholarship applicants must fulfill Postgraduate Entry Qualifications
Zhejiang University. Please refer to the admission prospectus for details.
Fourthly. Application materials
In addition to the application documents for admission, （Please refer to the following admission prospectus for more information: Master's degree programs, doctoral degree programs Scholarship applicants must submit the following supplementary materials.
1. A Chinese government scholarship application form, filled out in Chinese or in English, and pasted with a recent photo (white background, size 35 mm x 45 mm).
Applicants must complete and submit the application form via the CSC Online Application System for Study in China (Link), then print the application form and sign. The agency number for Zhejiang University is 10335. Chinese University Program Scholarship Type B in CSC System.
2. A copy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (download) (filled in in English). The applicant must keep the original copy. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those not bearing the signature of the attending physician, the official hospital seal or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.

4. Criminal record certificate.

5. Scholarship applicants are strongly encouraged to submit GRE NTS-GAT test scores.
Note: After receiving the application materials, the university will verify the applicant's information and process the application via the CSC Online Application System to study in China. I they must send the Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form to the admission email; Otherwise, the university may not be able to process the application via the CSC online application system to study in China.
